JSC Polytechstroy-Svargo is a key player in the Russian construction sector, recognized as a strategic enterprise vital to the national economy.

Our services encompass the full construction life cycle, from planning and design to construction, with a focus on residential buildings, social infrastructure, and the restoration of historic sites in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other towns across the Russian Federation.

We are engaged in restoration projects under contracts with the Ministry of Housing and Construction of the Russian Federation, including notable projects such as the Conservatorium in St. Petersburg, ranked fourth among cultural infrastructure projects by AEA International in 2021, and the Polytechnical Museum in Moscow.

We are constructing a new student campus for ITMO University in St. Petersburg for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

In collaboration with the Moscow City Council, we are building over 500 thousand square meters of housing and infrastructure as part of the municipal renovation program. Additionally, in the Krasnodar region, we are developing schools, kindergartens, and other social infrastructure for local municipal authorities.

Over its decade-long history, Svargo has completed projects including 50 mansions, clubhouses, cultural buildings, and stadiums. We maintain long-term partnerships with leading international and local architectural firms and development companies.

Notable projects today include the Luce, Annabel, and Nikitsky mansions, located 800 meters from the Kremlin in Moscow, and the Alexander Ovechkin Hockey Academy, a 80,000 square meter facility named after the renowned Russian player in the US National Hockey League, located in Western Moscow.
